Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Delivery times typically range between 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Destination address
We do not currently offer free shipping. All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives missing items or with damaged products, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items in our inventory may have special shipping requirements due to size, weight, or material restrictions. These will be noted on the product page.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
