Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened pet food and litter products
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team via email to initiate your return
- You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
- Package your item securely and include all original documentation
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and indicate your exchange preference when contacting customer service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
